Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

Our Commitment

Pawz Meet has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. We are fully committed to protecting minors and ensuring our platform is never used to exploit, harm, or endanger children. This document outlines our standards, detection practices, and reporting procedures.

Age Requirement

Pawz Meet is strictly for users who are 18 years of age or older. We enforce this requirement at account creation through an age verification gate during onboarding. Users who indicate they are under 18 are blocked from accessing the platform.

Prohibited Content and Behavior

The following are strictly prohibited on Pawz Meet:

• Any content that sexually exploits or abuses minors (CSAM)
• Grooming, solicitation, or predatory communication targeting minors
• Sharing, distributing, or requesting sexually explicit content involving anyone under 18
• Any attempt to circumvent our age verification or disguise a minor as an adult
• Using the platform to arrange illegal in-person contact with a minor

Detection and Prevention

We actively work to detect and prevent CSAE through the following measures:

• Age verification enforcement at onboarding (18+ only)
• Identity verification system for profile authenticity
• User reporting tools to flag suspicious profiles or messages
• Admin review of flagged accounts and content
• Immediate suspension of accounts found in violation

If you encounter any content or behavior on Pawz Meet that you believe involves the sexual abuse or exploitation of a child, please report it immediately:

Law Enforcement Cooperation

Pawz Meet cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies investigating CSAE. We will promptly respond to lawful requests and report confirmed CSAE content to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by U.S. law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A).

Enforcement

Violations of this policy will result in immediate account termination, reporting to relevant authorities, and cooperation with any resulting investigation. There are no warnings or second chances for CSAE violations.
